While our vehicles are not wheelchair accessible for passengers travelling in their chair, we can usually carry a folded wheelchair and assist passengers who are able to transfer into the vehicle. Pricing is agreed in advance based on the journey details. This includes normal waiting time and assistance by the vehicle.
Yes. If a passenger is able to transfer into the vehicle, we can usually assist and carry a folded wheelchair. Please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
We can comfortably carry up to 8 passengers. If you’re travelling with family members or carers, just let us know when booking.
